Reservation:
All reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations are required to send directly to the hotel’s reservations department via email at:

Check-in and Check-out:
- Official check-in time is at 02:00 pm and check-out time is at 12.00 noon.
- For any FITs or GITs require to check-in prior 08:00 am, the room(s) must be reserved from the previous day at the application of full night charge. For early check-in after 08:00 am and before 02:00 pm, 50% of room charge per night will be applied. Both of these facilities are subject to availability based on the arrival patterns at the hotel on the day.
- For any FITs or GITs require a late check-out up to 06:00 pm, 50% of room charge per night will be applied. For late check-out after 06:00 pm, 100% of the room charge will be applied. Both of these facilities are subject to availability based on the arrival patterns at the hotel on the day.
Cancellation:
The hotel reserves the right to impose the following cancellation:
- For GIT booking from 7 rooms:
5 days before arrival - One night’s stay charge for all confirmed rooms.
- For FIT booking less than 7 rooms:
2 days before arrival - One night’s stay charge for all confirmed rooms.
All cancellations must be received by hotel, in writing via email, telephone, message or fax.
No show or Early Departure: One night’s stay charge for all confirmed rooms.
Children Policies:
- Children under 4 years old: FOC for maxmum 01 child; the 2nd child will be charge at 150.000 VND/child/night.
- Child from 4-5 years old will be charge at 150.000VND/child/night.
- Child from 6-10 years old will be charge at 250.000VND/child/night.
- Child from 11 years old is consider as adult and has to use extrabed at 500.000VND/ night.
